Today, Wireless Logic offers clients a third way; a 'Step by Step Approach to Application Management'.
The Step by Step Approach is one where the customer out sources only those applications required to deliver a specific business benefit (e.g. a cost saving). We operate a shared service infrastructure (as opposed to simply taking on the customer's infrastructure - ‘your mess for less') that has enabled Wireless Logic to drive down cost of delivery and pass on these savings to clients. In many cases we can demonstrate a 30% reduction in service delivery costs compared to in-house IT operations.
For those organisations that want to retain the management of their business application but do not want the burden of managing the hardware platform and the operating system, we provide ‘Infrastructure Management Services’.
Like our application management services Wireless Logic operates the customer's server hardware and operating system, on their behalf, at one of our data centres. The benefits are cost reduction, ability to focus only on their own application management and support, with no need to worry about hardware technology or operating system support and changes.
