Backed by the infrastructure of Phones International’s £250m T/o infrastructure, Wireless Logic can create tailored reporting systems that can work seamlessly with clients’ individual requirements. On-line, real-time reports on usage and connectivity, and all potential points of failure within the networks, can be issued immediately upon request. Reports can even drill down to individual packets of data, time stamped and tracked from a to b, on a machine by machine basis.
The reports generated allow clients to monitor data activities across their machine asset base, and respond to areas such as machine usage or machine downtime.
Reports can be generated on a set-time basis as well as specific request. Information is typically transmitted via email with emergency alerts (eg machine failure) being transmitted via SMS alerts if required.
Security reporting
As an example of security reporting, Wireless Logic can ‘geo-fence’ machines to within five metres of their agreed location. Outside the fence, and Wireless Logic’s reporting can alert clients to the probable movement of their asset.
