With a wholesale data service provision contract with the four main networks and even closer M2M relationships with Vodafone and O2, Wireless Logic is able to offer customers totally unique 3G, GPRS, GSM and SMS billing. Clients can set their own retail tariffs and airtime bundles outside of the networks’ normal retail offerings. Wireless Logic’s airtime agreements are transparent and easy to understand, creating contracts that are user-focussed, with little jargon. By working closely with our clients, we will monitor and evaluate the scenarios of usage and together create a tailored tariff. 80% of our clients now bill ‘as much as you need’ tariffs for a fixed monthly fee; everyone in the supply chain understands what they are getting and at what cost. If abuse of the usage occurs, we can monitor it quickly and highlight the abnormal usage immediately.
Establishing revenue generating accounts
Wireless Logic form ‘heads of agreement’ with clients, based upon commitment of usage and volume on a per month basis. Clients are given a base line cost tariff from which they can then set their own uplifted resell values as they wish. The income generated is then passed back to the client less Wireless Logic’s service costs. This is performed on a monthly basis in line with invoice practices.
